About Us
Short History
Established in 1993 by Timothy B. Mather, ASA began as a small welding shop in Pompano Beach, producing mostly aluminum railing. In 2002, Tim created an in-house Engineering office, and Octavian Francu came on board. Shortly after, Omar Silverio joined the Operations dept. Over the years, the company developed, grew in size, and diversified the product line. In 2009, Tim Mather fully partnered with Omar Silverio, and around 2012, the company was moved into the current 19,000 sq. ft production facility and offices in Hialeah.
Today, after more than 30 years, ASA is composed of a team of people who are dedicated to carry the sterling reputation and legacy of the company. ASA offers full Division 5 metal constructions packages to general contractors working on new residential and commercial projects. The contracts are handled in-house, including design, shop drawings submittals, permitting, fabrication, paint/powder-coating, delivery, and installation of various products, offering industry standard warranties and services.
